Q: Can I visit your location to inspect containers before purchasing?

Q: Do you provide container modifications?

A: Yes! We offer customization services, including roll-up doors, windows, ventilation, insulation, electrical wiring, and paint jobs to suit your specific needs.

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfers, Zelle, PayPal, and CashApp. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Q: Do you require full payment upfront?

A: Yes, we require payment in full before shipping or modifying your container. We do not offer pay-on-delivery terms.

A: At this time, we do not offer financing. However, we recommend checking with your bank for financing options.

  • Modified containers: Additional time for customization

4. Container Condition & Quality

Q: What is the difference between new and used containers?

A:
✔ New Containers – One-trip units with minimal wear, ideal for long-term use.
✔ Used Containers – May have dents or surface rust but are structurally sound and budget-friendly.

Q: Do used containers come with a warranty?

A: Used containers are sold as-is, but we inspect all units to ensure they are wind- and water-tight (WWT).

Q: Can I repaint or modify my container?

A: Yes, you can repaint, insulate, add doors, or modify it as needed. We offer customization services to handle this for you.


5. Returns & Warranty

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the nature of shipping containers, all sales are final. However, we ensure quality before delivery and provide detailed photos upon request.

Q: Do your containers come with a warranty?

A: New containers may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Used containers do not have a formal warranty but are inspected for quality before sale.
